You

• ·Two to four years of experience in art direction, retouching, post-production or digital production
• ·A sharp eye for light, composition and colour — you see at a glance when something is 'done'
• ·Comfortable with AI imaging tools like ComfyUI or Midjourney (or the drive to learn them fast)
• ·No ego about the tool — you care about the result, not the path
• ·Native-level Dutch, fluent English

An average day

• ·Translating brand briefings into style plans and visual directions
• ·Generating, selecting and refining variants within our way of working
• ·Retouching, colour correction and final crops in Photoshop or Affinity
• ·Short review loops with clients and the team

We offer

• ·Salary €3,200 to €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience
• ·Equity scheme after six months
• ·Your own studio in Wijk bij Duurstede plus two days remote

You

• ·Four to eight years as art director, creative director or senior designer at an agency or consumer brand
• ·Demonstrable taste — a portfolio we want to keep scrolling
• ·Knowledge of visuals for Meta and TikTok — you know what works in a feed and what doesn't
• ·You can peel a brief back to the real problem and reflect it clearly
• ·Dutch and English at a professional level

An average day

• ·Pitching concepts to clients and building style plans
• ·Safeguarding visual direction across all packages and producers
• ·Weekly creative reviews with the team
• ·Working with the founders on new packages and partnerships
