What if I'm still not happy after the revision?+
We keep reworking at no extra cost until the image is right. If it still isn't a fit after that, you only pay for what you actually use. You're never locked into work you can't put to use.
Who owns the visuals?+
You receive full commercial usage rights to every visual we deliver. If you want full ownership, we formally transfer copyright to you through a signed deed. On bespoke projects that transfer is included by default.
What if the output doesn't meet my expectations?+
Every delivery includes at least one revision round. If it still isn't right after that, we rework at no extra cost until it is.
Can I switch packages mid-way?+
Yes. Monthly packages run per month and can be upgraded or paused at any time with a 30-day notice period.
How do you handle the EU AI Act?+
We label every visual as AI-generated in its metadata and provide a transparency report. For regulated industries we can add extra disclosures.
What if I don't have suitable product photos?+
Send us the physical product or book a short one-hour reference shoot. From there we take it over.
Do you also work with B2B brands?+
Yes, as long as there's a visual angle. Pure SaaS screenshots aren't our strongest suit; B2B with a physical product definitely is.
