A lookbook in a week: how AI fashion photography makes it possible
From tech pack to full campaign in seven working days. This is how we organise fashion production without studio rental, model agency or weeks of turnaround.
For fashion brands timing is everything. A collection that goes live two weeks late misses half the season. With AI fashion photography a complete lookbook can be ready in seven working days — including models, settings and ad variants.
Days 1 to 2: style and test look
We start with tech packs and a few photos per item. The first two days are for building one test look: one outfit, one model, one setting.
This prevents getting stuck on fundamentals three days later. Once the style is locked, we can scale up quickly.
Days 3 to 5: the full lookbook
In the same style we build multiple shots per piece: full body, mid-shot and detail. Different models where wanted, different settings where they fit the collection.
Because everything starts from the same base, coherence stays in place by itself. No noise between sets, no shifting light.
Days 6 to 7: cuts for every channel
The last two days go to social cuts, ad variants and the hero image for the homepage. Often also three short fifteen-second videos for Reels and TikTok.
By the end of day seven everything is ready to go live. Including market or language variants if you operate internationally.
